Returns and Exchanges

We hope that you will love what you purchased with us. We want you to be happy, and we back that up with our return policies. If you are not 100% pleased with your purchase from JackandSammi.com, kindly contact us, and send it back within 30 days and we will give you a refund minus shipping costs or a replacement.

Kindly contact us at sales@jackandsammi.com, for instructions on how to return your item. Please be aware that to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. We will notify you once we received your returned item and once approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately we are not able to give refunds on sale or clearance items, or personalized items. We also are not able to give refunds on Wine Country Gift basket orders. 

As we are a very small family-owned business, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@jackandsammi.com for instructions. Thank you!
